What Is Wet-Bulb Temperature?

The lowest temperature air can be cooled to by evaporating water into it. It indicates how well sweat can cool you, and helps predict snow. In technical terms: The temperature a parcel attains when cooled at constant pressure by evaporating water into it until saturated, with latent heat supplied by the air; lies between the dew point and air temperature.
